Initial phone screen with HR and then first round in person interview with department manager and technical SME to evaluate technical competencies based on job requirements. Then final in person interview with senior leadership. The entire process was approx. 3 weeks. Balanced, realistic preview of company climate and corporate culture given. Timely feedback provided regarding next steps in selection process.
