This company strung me along for 2 different positions and a total of 12 interviews. They schedule zoom interviews in one afternoon 5 hour blocks with 1 hour per interviewer. All back to back with no breaks. An absolutely exhausting process. This also included interviews with freshmen members of the team and a couple of trivial/borderline absurd quizzes that they had you take in real time. The quizzes hardly even drew from practical experience or relevance to the roles. I am ultimately glad it did not work out because this place has an extra woke culture and if you are not fit with that narrative good luck to you. I later learned "Unprotected White Male" is an actual "status" their HR office has in the system for straight white men. No thanks!
