The interview consisted of two phone calls: One with HR in NY and one with my potential future manager. Basically we walked through my resume and I was asked things to get to know my personality better and long term intentions. This was a really laid back process.

I had a phone interview first. Then I was brought on-site for an interview with 7 different people! It was much more friendly and relaxed than I was expecting! I also had to give a 30 minute presentation on my experience. Everyone was very friendly and we mostly discussed my resume. They asked me some behavioral questions. I also had two more phone interviews with colleagues who could not make it to the in-person interview. Waiting for a response (it's only been a few days since the last phone interviews).
