J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Copart (Atlanta, GA) en oct. 2015
Entretien
The interview was very casual and consisted of myself, the GM and the Office Supervisor. They were both very nice and courteous, there was lots of joking around and we spent the majority of the interview discussing Copart as a company and what their vision is, as opposed to discussing myself very much. I was asked a couple general questions, pretty easy - such as what my strengths/weaknesses are, what I know about Copart (did my research!), and what I thought made great customer service. Overall, the interview was really fun and they did a great job easing my nerves enough to really let me show my personality.

The recruiting team automatically rejects, ignores, and makes false promises to potential employers. Copart as a company does not seem to care about their employee's and potential onboarding staff. The Human Resource Department (as recruiting has stated) is non-existent and they have staff running both departments at once.

Question 1
Nothing, they did not reach out to me. They post new remote ghost jobs daily, and rejected all 22 of my applications in under 60 seconds at 10:50PM PST on a Tuesday.
