They asked about my general job background, location, desired salary, previous call center history. They did a background check and drug test. It was all coveted within a week's time. Very professional, and only took two separate meetings

Since I was interested in transferring within Convergys from my Technical Support position in the Comcast Program to the Walgreens Program, the interview process was short and included only a handful of questions.
