Phone interview with a recruiter that is not a company employee - first red flag. Then a 1:1 interview with the same recruiter followed by a 1:1 interview with the Global Director. This is a classic example of unprofessional people trying to be business professionals. No structure, methodology, rhyme or reason to any of the interview process. The Director couldn't stay focused and kept telling stories about how great the CEO was because he let her have a free reign. This manager needed a leash and a clear plan to follow because "steady as she goes" is certainly not in their vocabulary. I felt it was a waste of time, and even a new graduate would feel this company was more like candy land versus a professional organization. Not impressed one time, and actually left feeling a bit appalled.
