I got a call from the store manager and voice mail. I called back and was put on hold but then was able to talk to the manager. She was very friendly and went over my resume with me and asked a few questions. Asked if I had experience in stocking and asked if I had experience in retail. She asked why I wanted to work for Coach and asked asked why I was interested in working retail instead of my previous field of work. Very friendly and pretty casual. She then asked for me to interview in person with her next week.
