Emailed the store my resume. (Job posting was through the mall and provided us with direct store contact email address). I received an email the next day and schedule my initial interview with store manager. Then interviewed with District Manger. The Process took about 3 weeks.

I got a group interview and the process was very easy. I brought an extra copy of my resume and wore business formal. Employees and hiring manager were very friendly! Interview consisted of basic questions. (availability,experience etc)
