It was a group interview with a mini individual interview at the end of the session. The whole thing took approximately 1.5 hours. The group interview included activities such as blindly instructing your partner to copy a drawing as well and role-playing.

Met the manager and sat down outside the store where there was a cafe in front. She asked me very minimal and basic questions, asked for my availabilities and how many hours I'd like, told me about the uniform, explained the training process, and about the contract. The latter gave me a positive indication that I passed the interview.
