I applied to the job through email and, after several days, received an invitation for interviews over the phone. The process consisted of two interviews with the Assistant Manager and the Manager, who were both very nice. They asked basic questions such as why I went into retail, why I wanted to join Coach, and what I know about the brand etc. It was more conversation-based than assessment. Easy, casual, and straightforward.
