J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Coach (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
I applied to the job through email and, after several days, received an invitation for interviews over the phone.
The process consisted of two interviews with the Assistant Manager and the Manager, who were both very nice. They asked basic questions such as why I went into retail, why I wanted to join Coach, and what I know about the brand etc. It was more conversation-based than assessment. Easy, casual, and straightforward.

It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

Question 1
How would you influence a customer to make a purchase
Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.
