Interview was very fine. Questions that will be asked will be sent to you beforehand. Prepare for those questions and you will be fine. Interview last for about 30 mins max.
The process includes an initial cultural screening, followed by a behavioral assessment. Next is a team meet-and-greet, concluding with a final interview with the manager to evaluate fit and expertise.

After applying online completeing an online application, and assesment invited in for an interview. They provided a list of questions and interview questions where completley different from the one i was given.

Why would you like to become a Customer Team Member? Could you please tell me about yourself and what you've been doing over the past few years? Why would you like to work at the Coop? Have you worked at the Co-op before? What were your reasons for leaving? Can you describe a situation where you had to establish a professional relationship with someone else at work?

very chilled and laidback. The interviewer was the manager and he was very nice. The questions are already given in the interview email so as long as you prepare your answers you should be fine.
