Easy going and supportive, was laid back and the questions were good, the staff are very nice as well, the questions were straight fowards and easy going. Relaxed interview overall

Brief, had to ask the interviewer who was the manager, several times if they wanted to know anything more about me. She was complaining about how much work she had to do since moving branches, unprofessional.

Interviewer was really lovely, was interviewed in the office of the shop, had a set structure of questions and required some prior knowledge about the history of the co-op. There were a few questions that required you to assess a given situation from the interviewer and say how you would respond.
