Very relaxed and easy. Wasn’t like a strict question and answer. More like a conversation which was good as it eased any nerves. I applied online then got an email inviting me to an interview in store with the store manager and I selected a date and time

the interview was about half an hour and I was aksed questions based on team building, achievements, experience and my qualifications. Was my first ever interview out of school so I didn't have much experience which was fine for the role I was applying for

Very easy and relaxed interview process, given a list of questions to look through the day before that will be asked in the interview. Interview started by answering those questions then focused on my schedule and what hours I could work.
