Filled out a basic online application form & got an email within a few days to say i was invited to an interview. The Interviewer was the store manager who asked simple scenario based questions. Heard back within a week of my interview that i had got the job.

Over an hour long, a great talk delving into my strengths and how I can best adapt to the company's values and game plan for the new year, without being overly flowery.
