J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Co-op (Bristol, Angleterre) en mars 2019
Entretien
I applied online. There is a questionnaire you have to do but as I had recently applied for another role (which I did not get an interview for) I didn't have to do it again. It was a pretty usual retail interview. I felt quite comfortable with the store manager and really felt good about the idea of working in that store. Unfortunately I didn't get the job. I was, however, able to get feedback which I really appreciated and hopefully will help if I have another interview with Co-Op sometime in the future.

Entretien
It was nice and smooth and very intuitive. I liked how I had help from the website to prepare for the interview and so I was able to fully explain my previous experience.

Entretien
Very impersonal. All done online and the logic between what constitutes a good or bad answer is totally unidentifiable. You would have better luck turning up in person and asking if you can hand in your CV and interview in person instead!

Entretien
The interview process was very easy and straightforward. The interviewer was kind and made it feel more like a friendly, comfortable conversation than a formal interview. As well as one of the best interviews I've actually had.
