It was fairly easy. I filled out a long questionnaire booklet, got called in for an interview and then went through my answers in depth while being asked other questions.

the interview was about half an hour and I was aksed questions based on team building, achievements, experience and my qualifications. Was my first ever interview out of school so I didn't have much experience which was fine for the role I was applying for
