Had interviews with three different people to see if my skills and experiences were aligned with that of a recruitment consultant. It was interesting to meet different people within the business.

Entretien
Fairly normal. They engage you to find out if you are a suitable person for the their program. Super grad prepares graduates for recuitment job and then help you find a role in a recruitment firm they believe you will fit in.
Two phases initially
1. Less intense: just ask you why recruitment ? why you?
2. More direct: Interview is basically testing your quick response
