- too many rounds with no cohesiveness. 1 to 1 interviews and Each interviewer has no idea who else you have spoken too. - They will string you along many rounds in order to keep you in the process. 6 in total which is an absolute farce. - One interviewer was impossible to convince that I had relevant configuration experience as once they made their mind up they were too arrogant to convince otherwise. - Give you a false sense of security through the interview stages that you are a preferred candidate for the role and will drop you once someone else comes a long. - Be better and stop wasting people's time with an absurd amount of interviews that could be done in 1/2 sittings.
