I was contacted by Recruiting team, who set up a screening. Following this, I was interviewed by the hiring manager and then had some short interviews with other team members and stakeholders. I found this to be very useful for both me and them, and I felt I learned a lot and was also able to demonstrate my skills. I received an offer shortly after the last interview. The recruiter, Laura, was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I felt informed and had all the information I needed.

Entretien
I spoke with a recruiter as well as the hiring manager and two team members. The format was mostly informal with some competency-based questions. Everyone was exceptionally nice, engaging and very encouraging. Unfortunately I did not get the offer, but I really appreciated the standard of communication throughout the process. I had direct contact with HR (rather than via a third party platform like Jobvite) who were responsive and transparent every step of the way. The whole experience felt very personal, with lots of consideration for the candidate. It says a lot about Cloudera as a company.
