J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cloudera

The hiring process is skewed. I got an internal reference. After the recruiter interview, a single memeber of the team (not the hiring manager) will interview you for an hour. She can reject you for whatever reason, like not liking you even though you have worked on similar technology and have tons of experience. If they want to hire professionals, they should have a panel interviews. Otherwise, the process will be decided by the whims of a single person.
