2 phone screens focused on a mix of high level questions about big data technologies and my experience, a few more specific technical questions about distributed computing concepts, and questions about my preferred working environments, how I work in a team etc. Final round included more in depth technical interviews, one focused mostly on a topic that was on my resume (ETL), another focused on seeing how deep my understanding of core Hadoop technology was. Other interviews were focused more generally on my experience to date, what I was looking for, why I was interested in Cloudera, and answering my questions. Every one of my interviewers was friendly and helpful. Advice from my recruiter that worked for me: Expect to be asked questions about the things you've said you know about or have had experience in, and be honest about the things you don't know. Cloudera want to get an idea of your depth and breadth, but they don't expect you to know everything, so don't panic if you can't answer a particular question.
