I was scheduled for an interview with a recruiter, but it was clear from the beginning that she wasn’t prepared. She hadn’t reviewed my CV in advance and didn’t ask any real interview questions. Toward the end, she simply said I wasn’t the right fit and that there were more qualified candidates. It felt like a waste of time for both of us, and honestly, it came across as very unprofessional. I would’ve appreciated more transparency upfront instead of going through a meeting that lacked respect for my time.

The interview was a four step interview process, it took around three weeks to complete. You met with the recruiter, two different managers and three team members throughout the interview process.
