I was interviewed by 1 fellow and 2 administrators, they asked standard questions of tell me about yourself, why Cleveland and some questions related to my educational background. The interview was short, about 15-20 minutes long, and have the opportunity to ask them questions in the end. There's a second interview but I am still waiting to hear back.
