The interview process was straightforward and well communicated, which was a positive. However, the acceptance and onboarding for my position has been a negative experience. There was no option to negotiate the low salary they offered. They expect me to pay for my own uniform after not budging on salary or benefits negotiations. Already I do not feel valued. To add to this feeling of not feeling valued, when I went to get my badge, they state I must have my legal name on it. I am transgender and this is discrimination against my gender identity and using my preferred name. My deadname now must be everywhere and I do not feel valued or respected as a human or employee. I feel stuck because I need health insurance, but the Cleveland Clinic did not give a good first impression.

Applied to listing on website. Telephone interview with outside recruiter - typical questions e.g. why Cleveland Clinic, salary expectations, etc. Also described role to me - would move person around to various departments and asked if I was ok with that. Then said next step was resume review by senior recruiter. If still interested, they would call me. Did not make it past this step.

A few questions regarding my work history. This was done over the phone from a recruiter. The recruiter went over pay scale as well and briefly touched on benefits offered.

They require many letters of req. It is best if you do your senior practicum or clinicals at one of their sites- they often hire straight from there. They also require a video interview. I think that this may seem very intimidating, but it actually is not.

Was very thorough- it was about a 3-4 interview process with typical interview questions and also some scenario based questions. Included shadowing the position before receiving an offer which was nice

Series of questions regarding work experience and Personal characteristics (how you deal with difficult patients or new changes etc) I especially appreciate that if you have questions their staff are really prepared with answers about the company itself and the roles that they’re hiring for.

Somewhat lengthy as it was all virtual interviews spread out amongst two weeks with a total of six interviews however it was coordinated well with the recruiter. Received offer within 2 days of last interview.

I applied online then received an email link to do an online interview. You record yourself answering behavior questions. It was straightforward and easy to navigate. You can see yourself talking but you have the option to blur your face.

2-3 weeks of interviews. Went thru different managers and finally picked the one I felt fit me the best. Met with the staff members and they interviewed me as well.

clinical interview, online clinical team from Abu Dhabi and HR team was in room with me. Clinical questions specific to my role was asked then general interview nursing questions. Pleasant interview, made me feel comfortable. Nice interview overall
