Entretien
The Cleveland Clinic came to my nursing school's career fair, where a recruiter reached out to me to apply for a position (almost 4 months later). I had a phone interview, and from there I had 2 in-person interviews on the same day. I am not from Ohio so they made sure that I could do them a few hours apart. One interview was with an assistant manager and the other was with the head nursing manager and the assistant. Very low stress and you get to shadow the unit!

Why do you want to work at CC?
The phone interviewer asked me if I knew the other locations (even though I applied for main campus) just because she wanted to know if I did my research. I did, and you should too!!! She was very impressed

I had an interview, but she actually called me a little bit earlier because said her schedule is a little bit hectic and wanted the chance to speak with me so it wasn’t really the interview that I thought I was going to be having, but she was very professional, very eager to answer all the questions that I had, and was willing to help me throughout my entire process. It was successful.

Entretien
The HR called and set up phone interview. After that, I got an in person interview with manager and associate. Be prepared to answer clinical questions. After the interview, you will shadow a nurse from 30 minutes to an hour.
HireVue questions within three days of receiving the email and then received a follow-up from recruitment about a week after asking to meet via phone call. Everyone was very pleasant and passionate!
