Relatively streamlined. Applying is easy. I applied for 20 positions, got 5 interviews, but never hear back from 4 of them even after talking to the interviewers for hours past the scheduled time. The 5th was an offer but I declined after hearing drastically different things from the two people I spoke with.

Applied online, reply by message the day after, still waiting after the interview 3 days ago, they said HR will contact me, I m still waiting, its not a hard process in the interview, just be confident and be prepared
