First there's a phone interview, after waiting no response for 6-8 weeks, then there's an in person interview , on that same day or a week or two later you shadow with someone in department you've interviewed for, then there's another in person interview and after all of that you still don't know until 2 weeks or more later if you have the job or not

I interviewed with both the manager and assistant manager. The interview was about 30 minutes and I they went over the job role and responsibilities. After the interview I was given a tour

On call then in person and eventually moved to me coming down to the office it was pretty quick but it wasn’t nearly as scary as everyone made it out to be. Definitely a relaxed but business setting

Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview the following day. After the phone interview I was scheduled to meet with the nurse manager which included shadowing. Everyone at the site was so nice and funny. After the interview there was radio silence so I ended up reaching out to the recruiter. He then offered me the job verbally, I accepted, and I am still waiting to hear back regarding my onboarding. Long drawn out process that needs to be done more efficiently
