I was put into contact with someone from HR. She called me one afternoon and we spoke for about 40 minutes on the phone. She asked me questions about my schooling, my athletics and my extracurricular activities.

Normal interview questions. If you impress them at first, they don't make you go through the typical interview process (video involved). There were 2 interviewers and they both make you questions.
