The entire interview process was completed remotely due to Covid isolation and took approximately 2 weeks. First round with HR and second round with the hiring managers. Michelle Yam was my HR contact and I appreciated her prompt and diligent emails providing updates throughout the process. I really felt she took the time to understand my past work history and her enthusiasm and energy came through on the phone and emails. The only minor suggestion is it could be beneficial for the candidate to be provided with the hiring managers (interviewer's names) prior to the interview.
