Applied online, received an online test (testing attention to details, simple math, general admin stuff), received an email to confirm a time for a phone screening, invited to meet 2 Vp's for an interview, invited back again to meet another VP as well as the manager you will be reporting to.

The interview process was well structured, professional, and conducted in a welcoming manner. The interview process was smooth and professional. There were three panel members in the interview. They asked questions related to accounting concepts, journal entries, Excel functions, and my previous experience. The interviewers were polite and gave me an opportunity to explain my answers. Overall, it was a positive experience and helped me understand the role and company expectations.
