The campus placement process for this opportunity consists of three rounds, with a focus on sourcing and procurement. The primary objective is to assess both culture fit and your understanding of sourcing processes. They aim to evaluate how well your skills and experience align with their organizational values, as well as your proficiency in procurement and vendor management.

Recruiter called and they did a screening call. The hiring manager called and liked me. I had 3 interviews, unfortunately all on different days. I thought it was kind of weird they scheduled me in that way, but I guess they didn't want to waste anyone's time and wanted me to pass each level. The first was the hiring manager, the next was the hiring manager's boss and the final one was with the head of central ops as I'd be working with them directly, almost a dotted line. Everything went smoothly and the recruiter called the same day asking what I'd like to get paid. I told him what I used to get paid and he threw $15k on top of it and asked if I'd be happy. I said sure because I knew nothing about negotiating my salary and liked the people. It ended up working out pretty well. The process was super straight forward.
