J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cisco (San Jose, CA) en juin 2013
Entretien
Recruiter called and they did a screening call. The hiring manager called and liked me. I had 3 interviews, unfortunately all on different days. I thought it was kind of weird they scheduled me in that way, but I guess they didn't want to waste anyone's time and wanted me to pass each level. The first was the hiring manager, the next was the hiring manager's boss and the final one was with the head of central ops as I'd be working with them directly, almost a dotted line.
Everything went smoothly and the recruiter called the same day asking what I'd like to get paid. I told him what I used to get paid and he threw $15k on top of it and asked if I'd be happy. I said sure because I knew nothing about negotiating my salary and liked the people. It ended up working out pretty well. The process was super straight forward.
