J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cintas (Sacramento, CA) en nov. 2015
Entretien
My first interview was with the HR Director and it was phenomenal. I was invited back about a month later with other students to do a site tour and round-robin interviews with several general managers from the area. They spent more time asking about my hobbies, personal life, and interests rather than my work ethic. After a group lunch, each general manager took an applicant to an office to either offer/decline employment. I was surprised that the general managers decided so quickly as to who they wanted working for them.

Question 1
What is your biggest accomplishment and what was your biggest failure?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.

Entretien
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
