It was more of conversation than a job interview. Very relaxed over the phone interview with a recruiter. He asked general questions to see why I was interested in applying the position.
Great people at Cintas. Seems like they vet their employees well to build a strong work culture. The questions were pretty generic but made for an easy conversation with the manager.
