I applied on their company website after finding a job posting using a search engine. I got a call from their senior human resources manager within 48 hours. I was scheduled for an interview. During my time with them I was interviewed by the Sr HRM, Sales Manager, GM, and HRD, all in the same day. All of them were very nice and cordial. The GM was a little more difficult. They all asked questions using handouts and all sessions were enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. All professional and efficient.

Absolutely poor interview process. I was reached out to by a recruiter at Cintas in early March. I had a phone screening for 15 minutes that went well with her, and she moved me forward in the process. I ended up having FOUR interviews that were ONE HOUR each. After that, I didn't hear anything back from them. No phone call, no email, no text. Nothing. Fast forward to April, and I get a message from another recruiter asking me to apply and interview for the exact same position (HR Manager - Salt Lake City) that I had interviewed for before! It makes me question whether or not their HR Manager opening in Salt Lake City is even real or not. Or if they intend to hire anyone for it. I am sure there were many other candidates that were as qualified, or even more qualified than I was for the position, and I would be willing to be they got the same treatment that I did!
