This is a long process. Cintas is very big on culture and wants to make sure that you are a great fit. I personally felt that this was a huge positive. I had 6 total interviews from the recruiter, to dept managers, to the VP. Each person had a unique perspective, but all were on the same page. A lot of behavioral questions. Pretty standard. They also want to know about you as a person. Very positive experience.
