Cintas hiring process took much longer than the other companies I have interview experience with. I had THREE interviews over a two month time span with three different Cintas employees. The first interview was over the phone and the other two were video interviews due to COVID. There was not good communication between the three interviewers as each interview was practically the same. Two weeks after the last interview they called me and told me that I was not selected. Then they reopened the job 🙃

Four interviews and an on-site visit. All those who interviews treated me very well and asked questions that really gave me the ability to show who I was. I enjoyed the interviews despite not getting the position.
