I applied on line. I was contacted by HR by phone. 10 minute phone interview basic questions. II had a face to face with HR mgr. Set up a 1 day ride along with a SSR. After the ride along I met with a sales mgr and general mgr. The entire process took 3 or 4 weeks.

No real difficult questions. Remember the position is a lot more service than sales. The main focus after service is trying to get the customer to renew their 5 year contract! signed 1 year in advance.
4 rounds with a ride along. First round over the phone then the next 3 are in person. In person range from 30 minutes to an hour. The ride along is four hours but you are compensated for it.

You are interviewed several times by various managers. You are also expected to do a day on the road with a seasoned rep so that you can see what the job is.

Long process. Disorganized. Did not even know I was coming when I did. My route ride was delayed 1 hour because employee was late. Was waiting on a call for my third interview and instead got a call saying they aren’t continuing with me. Unprofessional. Their questions didn’t even make sense in the interview.
