Acquired my first interview from talking to a recruiter at a career fair. The first interview was basic interview questions and a laid back environment. Luckily the recruiter I talked to at the career fair was one of my interviewers.

Went to a career fair at my college. Was approached by someone from Cintas to sign up for interviews. The interview was just a screening, very basic questions . Was encouraged to go to another round but I decided not to attend.
