The manager was nice..I interviewed with the Market Sales Manager. He called me for a phone interview which last forty-five minutes. Cintas, uses a standard interview system and all the questions seems to be prepared from corporate. They use the S.T.A.R behavioral question system, so practice behavioral questions and have about ten ready before you interview. I was invited for an in person interview and I also did a ride with another sales rep about a week later. After the ride a long I was told I was no longer being considered. I don't think it was I good fit anyway. Cintas has a very long interview process so be ready.

I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
