You have to apply online, then you get a call asking some very basic questions, then you get an in-person interview, then you have to come back for a second in-person interview. If they like you they want you to come in to ride along for a day with another SSR, then you get a final interview. If they want you they call you and offer you the job as long as you pass the drug test and background check.

4 rounds with a ride along. First round over the phone then the next 3 are in person. In person range from 30 minutes to an hour. The ride along is four hours but you are compensated for it.

You are interviewed several times by various managers. You are also expected to do a day on the road with a seasoned rep so that you can see what the job is.

Long process. Disorganized. Did not even know I was coming when I did. My route ride was delayed 1 hour because employee was late. Was waiting on a call for my third interview and instead got a call saying they aren’t continuing with me. Unprofessional. Their questions didn’t even make sense in the interview.
