The first interview was with a recruiter and addressed my background and job expectations.
The second interview was with the Operations managers and required STAR method explanations for their questions.

Am I able to handle work that is technically proficient
2 part process, one with HR they have a list of questions to choose from, the list seems to be the same for everyone. Then you meet the hiring manager and they interview you
