Very disorganized. Had over the phone interviews with the HR rep, the hiring manager and group members that all went very well. The interviews took place over the span of a month and a half. It was very hard to hear from anyone regarding next steps. After the last over the phone interview, I heard nothing for about a week or two, then at the last minute was told the hiring manager was in town and wanted to meet with me the next day. The HR rep was supposed to have let me know well in advance about the visit but "forgot". I explained that I would not be able to meet with the manager because I was still employed and could not just drop everything at the last minute. I gave the HR rep an alternate time but never heard back. What a waste of time. Very unprofessional process.
