I originally interviewed for a Specialty Underwriting Associate position in New York. I received feedback that I did very well but did not receive an offer. I applied for the Underwriter Associate I position immediately after not receiving an offer for the Specialty Underwriting Associate position and asked my recruiter to pass my information along to the hiring manager of the Underwriter Associate I position.
In contrast to the previous position's overly-lengthy interviewing process that took over a month from start to finish, the interviewing process for this position went very quickly and was far more efficient.
A week after submitting my information to the hiring manager, I was scheduled for a single day of interviewing with 3 people of various position titles. Overall, the process lasted ~2 hours and the employees and Chubb were thoroughly professional during the process. I received an offer only 3 days later and accepted.

About as enjoyable of an interview process as an interview process could be. One hr screen, talked to 3 departments, avp, then svp. Behavioral questions. Just be personable and eager to learn!

Three rounds of interviews, behavioral questions rather than technical. They want to know your personality and soft skills rather than technical skills, since they can be learned. Second Interview can be scary since you're meeting with multiple people at once.
I had an HR interview for a job in Canada. During the conversation, the HR representative asked how she could be sure I wouldn't leave the company after being hired, since they would be investing in me. At the end of the interview, she emphasized that I should follow up by email if I didn’t hear back after a few days — which I did. However, she never responded. I don’t know why she insisted on a follow-up if she had no intention of responding
