J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chubb (Warren, NJ) en janv. 2009
Entretien
Caught the attention of the TIS department manager by showing my interest and enthusiasm towards Chubb. I was then contacted for a phone interview, consisting of generic behavioral interview questions. Within a few days, I was asked to come to the Warren headquarters and interview with the leads of each SBU.

Question 1
What can you tell me about Underwriting? This was a very general question. Very difficult to answer without preparation or prior industry work experience.
My interview with Chubb gave me a strong understanding of both the company’s culture and the expectations of the underwriting role.
We discussed how Chubb operates as a global leader in insurance, with a strong emphasis on risk assessment, client relationships, and long-term financial stability. The team highlighted that underwriting at Chubb is not just technical, but also relationship-driven. Success in the role requires analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to balance risk with business opportunity.
3 interviews in total - 1 screening and 2 in-person. Not very technical. Salary for a first-time position is great (associate role). 30-minute interview. 2-3 people will be attending the meeting alongside you.
Multiple Interview process that starts with internal recruiting phone screening. Expect at least 3 different interviews with different levels of management. Be ready for both technical and personality questions to really dive into who you are.
