Started with a recruiter screening, then first round online interview with a hiring team member. The recruiter called me the next day saying I passed the 1st round and would arrange the final round. I haven't heard back for weeks. When I followed up, she told me that the role was not approved, so the final round was canceled.
Throughout the process, as I was unemployed, the recruiter was quite rude, kept questioning me condescendingly.
The hiring team member was polite, friendly and asked the right questions.
Nice people! Didn’t ask difficult questions- more questions about certain situations and some behavioral questions. Took awhile to hear back since it comes from the hr person and not the people you interviewed with.

Received an initial phone call from a recruiter (not scheduled) about a month after I applied. It was a pleasant conversation, more so just going over my background, the job details, compensation range, etc.
Received a call back a few days later to schedule an onsite interview with the hiring manager a few days after the call.
The hiring manager was very pleasant and easy to talk to, interview had more of a conversational flow to it, and I think it allowed both of us to learn a lot.
Ended up being completely ghosted after this, with a couple of follow up emails going unanswered. Put a negative damper on an otherwise positive experience.

Fast process and with curious questions to access general thinking logic rather than detailed information about the industry. I think this is the best way since you’re testing capabilities and not a knowledge that can be irrelevant.

Question 1
It was a consulting style. I was given a set of instructions and they wanted to assess my logic process. One of them was: how many cars are there in the world?
