There will be 2 interviews. One with the front desk supervisor and another with the general manager. One should be bubbly and answer all questions honestly. The interview process isn't difficult at all. No experience is necessary, just a genuine love for people and helping others. You should come dressed for success and have a resume with you. The less nervous and the more confident that you appear to be the better off you will be.
