The process is detailed. I had a phone screening and 2 video interviews. They moved fairly quickly and were great at communication during the entire process. I knew things were going to fall through when I got rescheduled twice for the 4th round and told one person could not fit it in their schedule. After that I received the email they decided to go with someone internal, which is always frustrating.
