applied online and within 3 days received a call from them to schedule an interview. First interview was just talking to two of the managers on duty. I talked to both of them separately and they asked similar questions. I was told this was to help them get to know me. They each asked about 4 questions and then the second manager asked me to come back in the next day for a second interview to meet with the head manager. First interview lasted maybe a half hour. The second interview was just meeting with the head guy and him asking me a few questions about myself and my schedule. He made me aware that I would be getting the job if I wanted it and that starting pay was $9.00 an hour (7.50 is minimum wage where I live). He said he would push my application through and told me I would have to fill out some things online and that he would email them to me with instructions. Once I filled those things out, he needed to do something, and after that i had a few more things to fill out. I filled them out and he called me the next day to schedule an orientation. Second interview lasted about 15 minutes and the whole process took about 4 days.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
