They had me meet with the entire team before I could even sit with a manager and discuss my options. They typically take a long time to fiure out if you will get promoted and prefer a trial by fire route and if you fail they will fire you instead of training you more throughly in the area.

The interview was overall fast and seamless. They needed people and were looking for positive additions to the team. They're overall looking for a fast learner and flexible schedule due to being consistently understaffed.

Pretty straight foward, it lasted probably 15 minutes. Met with the GM and went over the basics of the job. They really just need people with open availability. Show up on time, bring hard copy of resume.
